Terms of Use
These terms apply to use of the Ahmed Chocolate B2B website. They do not replace a signed quotation, specification, purchase order or manufacturing agreement.Effective: 8 September 2026B2B information
The website is intended for importers, retail chains, distributors, foodservice operators, industrial customers and brand owners. It is not a direct consumer checkout.
No binding offer
Displayed formats, capabilities and project routes are general information. Price, minimum order, lead time, production capacity allocation, payment, delivery and exclusivity become binding only in an authorised written agreement.
Product approval
Ingredients, allergens, nutrition values, shelf life, claims, label language and destination-market compliance must be confirmed against the final approved formulation, tests, artwork and transaction documents.
Private label
Customer names, artwork and trademarks remain their owners' property. Ahmed Chocolate may use them only for the agreed project and does not claim ownership.
Factory documents
Public previews are identification excerpts. Full documents may be provided to authorised counterparties and may be subject to confidentiality and verification.
Intellectual property
Ahmed Chocolate site content and the Pecder brand may not be copied or presented as another party's work except with written permission or as permitted by law.
Availability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but temporary interruption or error may occur. Urgent enquiries should also be confirmed through the published phone or WhatsApp channel.
Commercial agreement
Any transaction remains subject to due diligence, approved samples and specifications, an authorised quotation, and the governing terms written in the final contract.
